Cadillac is going after the younger market that loves foreign cars with the performance version of its OPTIQ. The 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ-V compact SUV will have an incredible 519 horsepower.

The Optiq-V’s twin electric motors ― one on each axle for AWD ― are the ones used in Cadillac’s midsize Lyriq EV. They’re bigger than the base Optiq, which produces 300 hp and 354 pound-feet of torque. The V’s 10-module battery is the same size at the base Optiq.

Cadillac stuffed over 200 extra horsepower into the Optiq to make the Optiq-V, along with additional performance modes, sporty blue aesthetic cues and bigger brakes capable of stopping it all.
