Three of the eight migrant farmworkers who were arrested by armed agents from U.S. Customs and Border Protection at a farm in Berkshire last month have been deported to Mexico without due process, according to their attorney.

Forty-eight people were arrested and deported in an immigration enforcement operation along I-10 in Louisiana and Mississippi in late April, officials said.

FARGO — Border Patrol agents have arrested seven men in Fargo on suspicion of being in the U.S. illegally, according to a spokesperson. U.S. Customs and Border Protection confirmed the Tuesday, May 6, arrest. The men, who are ages 21 to 60 years old, were taken into custody during a traffic stop, said CBP spokesman Steven Bansbach.
