Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins will not face formal misdemeanor battery charges after he was arrested in July, the Broward State Attorney’s Office told ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi.

Splitting the backfield with another future NFL back, Judkins rushed only 194 times, but his efficiency rebounded as he went off for 1,060 yards and 14 scores. Judkins is a serviceable pass-catcher but nothing more,

Judkins was arrested July 12 on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge in Florida. He has not signed his Browns rookie contract and has yet to practice with the team in training camp. Judkins was a 2nd-round pick (36th overall) from Ohio State.
