For the first time since 2014, the Kansas City Chiefs will miss the NFL playoffs after being eliminated Sunday in stunning fashion.

The Kansas City Chiefs just suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, 16-13. Patrick Mahomes had to exit the game late in the fourth quarter due to an injury, which required backup quarterback Gardner Minshew to step in. Minshew, however, was picked off in what turned out to be the final play of the game.
