Snow has been spotted falling in Conrwall as temperatures fall 'well below average'. A video sent to CornwallLive by a member of the public shows snow falling onto the road on Bodmin Moor. The video, which was taken last night at around 10pm, seems to show signs of settling as the snow hits the road surface.
It has led her to "greater things" as she did an art course and now makes paintings from her photographs, she said. One of her artworks was inspired by a Weather Watchers photo she took of a poppy field in West Pentire in north Cornwall.
The very top of Scotland is set to receive up to 0.8 inches of snow flurries per hour, as the highest point of the Highlands turns purple. Patches of snow will also hit Aberdeen at 6am, as Brits should brace for frostier conditions.
