Avengers: Doomsday: 5 MCU heroes most likely to die
With Marvel planning to reboot the team with a younger cast, most - if not all - of the original X-Men will likely perish. Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is the exception, since the character is rumored to have a major role in Avengers: Secret Wars.
Doomsday story still has to be revealed, but his dedicated teaser has already gone a long way in establishing a positive change for the character. In keeping with the dramatic tone of the other teasers,
Marvel also rebooted X-Men: The Animated Series with the Disney+ series, X-Men ’97. This series did a better job of portraying heroes like Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Storm than Fox’s films ever did, as the latter put Wolverine in the forefront, with his teammates receiving increasingly smaller roles.
Avengers Doomsday hits cinemas this Christmas and it looks like Robert Downey Jr's Doctor Doom will be on a killing spree.
Marvel Comics has shared a preview of next week's Avengers #800, and it includes a first look at the long-awaited reunion of Ultimate Spider-Man creative team, Brian Michael Bendis and Mark Bagley.
