UPDATE: 8:19 p.m. RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Xcel Energy Outage crews are working to restore power for customers south of Canyon. Xcel said over 300 customers are affected by this outage, and the estimated restoration time is 9:15 p.
