The full-frame L-mount camera is the first to use a 44MP BSI CMOS sensor that reads out quickly enough to realize 40fps image capture and 8K video.

The Panasonic Lumix S1R II offers almost all of the same core features and specs as the Canon R5 Mark II at a much lower price point. It's video specs and autofocus system aren't quite as advanced, but it does offer a special High Resolution mode, Dual Native ISO, faster shutter speeds and faster 40fps continuous shooting.

The S1RII is lighter, more compact and more powerful than its high-resolution predecessor. The camera is designed to inspire photo and video enthusiasts.
