Comedian Matt Rife has officially purchased Ed and Lorraine Warren’s haunted home and Occult Museum—becoming guardian of the infamous Annabelle doll. With plans to open it to the public, Rife steps into paranormal history alongside friend Elton Castee.

Matt Rife has bought the Connecticut house and occult museum that belonged to the late Ed and Lorraine Warren of "Conjuring," "Annabelle" and "The Nun" fame.
