Skydance Media announced the full slate of 10 directors for Paramount Skydance Corp., the company resulting from its merger with Paramount Global. The directors will be elected and begin serving on the Paramount board effective at the completion of the proposed merger with Paramount,

Ellison is set to serve as the future chairman and CEO of the Paramount studio. Former Paramount Pictures head Sherry Lansing is proposed to sit as an independent director, while Oracle Corp CEO Safra A. Catz, whose company is aligned with former CEO Larry Ellison, father of David Ellison, is also tapped for the new boardroom.

Skydance on Tuesday unveiled the slate of board directors who will be serving as soon as the Skydance-Paramount transaction closes on Thursday, including former Paramount chairman and CEO Sherry Lansing.
