Thieves at a Colorado pet store allegedly faked having a seizure to cause a distraction to steal two English bulldog puppies.
Two bulldog puppies, priced at $4,299 each, were kept in a locked pen near the back of the store – one pup was returned by a woman who paid a street vendor $1,500.
