After his ex Jessica Alba seemingly confirmed her romance with Danny Ramirez during a PDA-filled outing, the producer shared how he really feels about the relationship. "I'm happy for her," Warren said in a video published by TMZ July 30. "I don't know him, but he seems like a good guy."

Cash was confronted by TMZ paps while minding his business at the airport on Wednesday, July 30, and actually responded when asked about Jessica and Danny. "I’m happy for her," he said to a pap who asked "Jessica dating Danny Ramirez...I wanted your thoughts on that?" Cash then added, "I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy."
