A Texas lottery player has cashed in big-time after winning $2 million from Mega Millions. The winner, who lives in Grand Prairie, bought the winning ticket from Ballpark Beverage, at 2100 E. Lamar Blvd.

A North Texas resident won $2 million in a Mega Millions prize drawing on Jan. 24, according to the Texas Lottery. The winner, who lives in Grand Prairie, chose to remain anonymous. The ticket was sold at Ballpark Beverage, a convenience store at 2100 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington.

Two Mega Millions tickets sold in Delaware and Tennessee just missed the $59 million jackpot but won $2 million prizes, lottery officials said. The tickets matched five winning numbers and the Megaplier, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Friday, Jan. 31, the national Mega Millions site said.
