After years of resident opposition, the Mark Clark Expressway is not only canceled, but the remaining funding for the project will go to nine pre-approved infrastructure projects.

Upper Peninsula residents will have a chance Thursday night to help shape how hundreds of millions of dollars in transportation funding could be spent in their neighborhoods.
