The two pals charged in the deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans are now being sued for allegedly doling out drugs in the hours before the trio froze to death in a backyard on a game night. Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson were slapped with a wrongful death suit Friday by one of the late men’s family — just days after the pair were charged with involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance in the bizarre tragedy.

Two men have pleaded not guilty in the drug overdose deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans whose bodies were found in a backyard two days after they got together to watch a game in 2024.

The suit comes after charges were filed against two men in the January 2024 deaths of Ricky Johnson, David Harrington and Clayton McGeeney.
