Hope Lutheran Church requested that the city rezone the land between Sixth Street West and Ninth Street West, in The Wilds neighborhood, from agricultural land to single-family residences. Churches are a permitted use of land zoned for single-family residences.
That is why Fargo City Commissioner Dave Piepkorn is requesting the city attorney look into the legality of recovering city funds from entities that misused the money. One of the entities called out in his request is Faith4Hope.
