HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Police in Harrisburg are investigating a shooting that left one person hurt and another dead. Officers responded to the scene on Friday morning around 6:45, and according to a release, they found two adult males who were shot.

A man wanted for a deadly shooting in Harrisburg is now in custody. Harrisburg police and U.S. Marshals arrested Lateef Phoenix, 38, on Wednesday. He's being held without bail at Dauphin County Prison.

Dauphin County dispatch logs show one man was unresponsive but alive when he was taken to the hospital. The other had suffered a gunshot wound to the hand, according to dispatch. A woman who lives in the area told PennLive she heard one gunshot Friday morning.
