Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins will not face formal misdemeanor battery charges after he was arrested in July, the Broward State Attorney’s Office told ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi.

While Browns running back Quinshon Judkins had his case thrown out, he is still under investigation by the NFL. And they have made a statement:
