Inter Miami unveiled their new "Euforia" home kit ahead of the 2025 MLS season in a Super Bowl commercial featuring star player Lionel Messi.

The event did not just bring out the best the NFL has had to offer this season - but plenty of Hollywood A-listers, musicians and US President Donald Trump were spotted in the stands of the Superdome. Before the match started, actor Jon Hamm introduced the Chiefs while Bradley Cooper brought the hype for the Eagles.

In a video of Messi's arrival he could be seen holding hands with two boys, appearing to be his two older sons, Thiago and Mateo. He and his wife Antonela Roccuzzo also share a 6-year-old boy, Ciro.

Messi gave the crowd a lasting memory, scoring a goal and delivering two assists to lead Miami to a 5-0 victory. The Argentine captain played 63 minutes and was replaced by 17-year-old Santi Morales. The other Inter Miami goals were scored by Fede Redondo, Noah Allen, Luis Suarez, and Ryan Sailor, who came off the bench in the 71 st minute.

Inter Miami will head to Honduras as their preseason begins to come to a close facing Olimpia. While the Herons have played in five different countries so far, they've had a more condensed preseason than last season which saw them travelling around Asia before kicking off MLS play.
