Cincinnati's Chase Burns and Atlanta's Spencer Strider were the starting pitchers in the MLB Speedway Classic before a rain delay Aug. 2.

Tennessee, taking place at Bristol Motor Speedway between the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds. The game faced a two-hour delay due to rain before the game. The game underwent a second delay as rain began to pour down during the first inning.

The first MLB Speedway Classic, a regular-season game between the Atlanta Braves and the Cincinnati Reds played on the infield of a NASCAR speedway, will mark the league’s first time ever playing a game in Tennessee and it’s set to break the MLB’s single-game attendance record.
