The death toll from the West Virginia flash flood over Father's Day weekend has risen to seven, while one person remains missing. Governor Patrick Morrisey confirmed on Monday, June 16, that six people were dead and two people were missing following the “severe flash flooding in Ohio and Marion counties” the day prior.
