On Friday, 9th September 2016, GEEPAS Tower achieved a Guinness World Records title for the World's Largest Continuous Concrete Pour. It involved more than 300 transit mixers making more than 2500 trips to form the raft foundation of a 19 floor tower in Arjan, Al Barsha, Dubai UAE. Volcanic activity resumed at Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano on December 6, with lava blasting into the air and destroying one of the live-stream cameras on site. According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the eruption began around 8:45 am from Kilauea’s north vent, with lava fountains soaring more than 300 metres high toward a closed section of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. | TRT World
