My top three tips for your next marathon: 1. The day before, you need to be sitting on the sofa, eating sweets, watching movies 🍬🍬🍬. It's about carb loading and resting. If you want to do a little shakeout run, go and do one for 30 minutes max and chuck some strides at the end. 2. On race day, sorry to say, but you haven't become Usain Bolt overnight 😜!
