People think sound is woo, it’s not, it’s science! When I give sound teaming, I teach all about sound and why we can become sensitive to it (especially after trauma) and what we can do about it!!! Today I’m at my offices with my legal team planning 2025. I’m clearing any stuck energy in my offices with my tuning forks so we have a clear space to focus and work. Sound has been powerful in my own healing journey and can’t wait to offer more found baths next year both on and offline!! #traumahealin
