Major Category 4 Hurricane Matthew (sustained winds 144 mph gusting to 173 mph) will bring devastation to Western Haiti today due to winds and especially flooding/mud slides with the eye passing about 90 miles West of Port-au-Prince. They simply don't have the infrastructure for this kind of major hurricane.
