The Suva Magistrates Court bailed Fiji Labor Party member Ben Padarath this morning after Police Prosecution failed to serve disclosures and make an effective ground of objections to his bail. While strict bail conditions were placed on Padarath, Prosecutions have been given until February 18 to serve the accused with the disclosures.
