The CAL FIRE Mobile Kitchen Rodeo is an annual event organized by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to ensure the readiness and efficiency of its mobile kitchen units. These mobile kitchens play a critical role in supporting firefighters and emergency personnel during wildfire incidents and other disasters by providing hot meals in the field. The event brings Mobile Kitchens from several CAL FIRE units in the Northern Region focusing on equipment testing. This event provi
