The best place to get affordable sashimi grade sashimi is Yamasushi in LA. Yamasushi invited me to check out their specialty good and gifted me a few dry goods! I was also planning on making chirashi bowls for a little get together so it worked out perfectly! Some lore: I actually prepped and cooked for my own wedding.
