Hel Drill lives up to its name. If you get flippy or cast through impact this is an awesome drill to get the body more involved and quiet the hands down. Just note that a lot of flipping and casting comes from an open club face, the flip/cast is your way of trying to close it at the last second. If you feel like you use the body better, contact is solid, and aren’t flipping as much but everything is right (for a right handed player) you may need to tweak grip or wrist structure. . #golf #golfer
