Thanks to @dirtypunkgardening for their Pickled Cape Recipe: - 2.5 cups white vinegar - 1 tbl. sugar - 1 tbl. canning salt - 1 cup water Directions: stir and warm liquid until ingredients are dissolved and liquid is hot (not boiling). Pour over scapes. Put on lids and let cool on countertop. When they are room temperature put them in the fridge. Wait 2-3 days for pickling, then enjoy. Have a gardening
