On April 30, 2019, Compton Station had an unveiling ceremony for the long deserved memorial wall honoring officers who died in the line of duty serving their city. Since its incorporation in 1888, the City of Compton has been serviced by two law enforcement agencies, the Compton Police Department, and in 2000, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. In more than 100 years of law enforcement services, five members have made the ultimate sacrifice. Thanks to the efforts of retired Sergeant Ja
